Booking Your Appointment
Booking the right amount of time will ensure all of your health concerns are addressed and help our Doctors to run on time for the betterment of all patients.
What appointment type do I need?
Different concerns require different amounts of time.
Standard appointments work well for simple issues or 1 concern.
However, for more complex health matters, such as mental health or multiple concerns, a longer appointment will be needed.
To make sure you have enough time to address everything, our friendly reception team can assist you in choosing the right appointment type for your needs.
How can I make a booking online?
We recommend utilising the Health Engine booking app to make your appointments with Queensgate Medical Centre.

Our Fees
Queensgate Medical Centre is a mixed billing practice. We offer bulk-billing for children under 12, aged and disability pensioners; and discount fees for teenagers and Health Care Card holders. Please call Queensgate reception on 9456 1811 to inquire about our standard fees. Payments must be made on the day of your appointment.
Children 12 years and under:

Bulk-Billed after 8:00am Monday - Friday (Before 8:00am appointments will receive the discounted rate)

Mental Health Care Plans:
Mental Health Care Plans incur a small out of pocket fee for all patients. When booking an appointment related to a mental health issue please book a long appointment so your doctor has sufficient time to spend with you.
For convenience, Queensgate Medical Centre processes Medicare claims online, which means patients experience the benefit of instant Medicare rebate. All accounts are payable on the day by EFTPOS, Visa or MasterCard.
